Hi, I’m Amy—a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies.
With over ten years of clinical experience and a deep understanding of anatomy and rehabilitation, I bring a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to every class. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to build strength and flexibility, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs.
I believe Pilates is for every body—inclusive, adaptable, and empowering. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and inspired to move in ways that work for you.
